Engineering the Future

Pricing

Every Project Is Scoped & Quoted Individually.

We don't force your project into a fixed tier that half-fits. Tell us what you're building, and we'll come back with a clear, honest quote. No hidden fees, no surprises later.

How It Works

Two Ways We Work Together

Whichever fits your project, the process is the same: we scope it properly before we quote it.

Fixed-Price Projects

One clear price, agreed before we start.

Best for a defined scope, like a new website, an app, or a specific automation. We map the requirements, agree the deliverables, and quote a single price with a fixed delivery timeline. You know exactly what you're paying and when it ships.

Ongoing Retainer

A monthly partnership for continuous work.

Best for ongoing product development, maintenance, or a steady stream of feature work. A predictable monthly rate for a set amount of engineering time. Scale it up or down as your roadmap changes.

Every Engagement

What's Always Included

Regardless of which model fits your project, every engagement includes the same standards.

Senior Engineers Only

No junior hand-offs. Every project is built by experienced engineers from day one.

Fixed Timelines

A detailed schedule before work begins, and we hold ourselves to it.

No Hidden Fees

Your quote breaks down exactly what you're paying for and why, nothing added later.

Post-Launch Support

A support window included after every launch, plus optional ongoing maintenance.

Regular Progress Updates

You see build updates throughout, not just at the end. No black-box development.

You Own Everything

Full source code and IP ownership, no vendor lock-in, ever.

Questions

Common Pricing Questions

How much does a typical project cost? +

It depends entirely on scope. A marketing website and a custom multi-tenant SaaS platform aren't the same project. We give every prospective client a free scoping call and a written quote before any commitment, so you know the number before you decide anything.

Do you require full payment upfront? +

No. Fixed-price projects are typically split into milestone payments tied to delivery stages. Retainers are billed monthly. We'll agree the exact structure with you before work begins.

Can I switch from a fixed-price project to a retainer later? +

Very common. Many clients start with a fixed-price build and move to a retainer for ongoing feature work and support once the initial product is live.
